Experiential Learning Trip to Nathiagali; Department of Management Sciences

A trip was organized for the students of Services Marketing/Project Management-BBA-7 to Nathiagali accompanied by Ms. Khansa Zaman, Ms. Nayyab Bilal, Mr. Bilal Ahmed, and Mr. Zeeshan Hamid (Faculty of Management Sciences). Students were asked to critically analyze each service they receive and submit a report on “Challenges of service providers in Northern Areas”. Students mentioned the number of services they availed such as transport service to reach Nathiagali, the horse riding services to reach at Mushkpuri top instead of hiking, the walking stick service for hikers, the token (charges) if you wish to hike, photography services, and the food services including tea, coffee and snacks. Student mentioned numerous challenges and perks which service providers mentioned during their interviews. In the end, they mentioned the recommendations through which service quality can be maximized and appreciated SZABIST’s effort of “On-Site Experiential Learning”.
